My four years pension fund

Alexandreforbes keep on ignoring my messages, that shows no interest with dealing with clients finances/ pension fund. I've submitted all the requirements and to this day I am awaiting feedback, I've been sending emails to Lebohang Kgasi, she told me she will be handling the case now she's unavailable to respond, am on retrechment and this adds delay to my fund's. And this happened after I got married in 2012, just by changing a surname then suddenly my four years pensionfunds gone missing, I am very disappointed at how alexforbes handles my case they show no interest to nobody.
