my claim not attended before I fight

I was working for MTN and my last day was on the 31/01/2015 on the 13/03/2015 I sent my request/claim asking for my pension fund to be transfer to preservation funds I was told that its going to take 4-6 weeks but to my surprise when I call after 7 weeks I found out that nothing was done with my fund I had to fight to get it transferred then last week on the 18/05/2015 I was told that the funds is showing under preservation then I requested the withdrawal form and I was given I filled it and sent back with all the documents on the 19/05/2015, Leon on *** was the guy I was working with, now here is the problem again when I call the call centre they are telling me that nothing has been done they don't see any records of funds withdrawal or request which means I have to fight again in order to get my money, Leon is not answering the phone now. This is so unacceptable.
