My claim has not been finalised
I’m very disappointed and hurt it’s been almost 2 months since I have submitted my claim with AlexForbers the has been no updates from them. I called them Tuesday to follow up with my claims they gave me a case number till today I haven’t received any feedback.

01 Dec 2025, 12:32Alexforbes is preaching about how their clients are important but even now no one has made any contact to me they just sent an automated email, how long does it take to check my status of the claim and pay my claim at Alexander Forbes? I have submitted my claim on the 1st of October 2025, today it the 1st of December 2025 and I haven’t received my pay out why? Not even a call or email from you guys to explain why I haven’t received my money but it’s business as usual to you oh what a shame.
