My aunt has been expecting her pension money since 2020, she was assisted by administrators at eldorado park who claim to be in business partners with Alexander fobes, two weeks back she paid a required fee of 800 and was promised payment last week Monday, till today she has not received her money, she’s been up and down eldorado park and paid numerous fees but no money has been paid to her as per their promise, she’s a pensioner and sometimes she had to walk from Soweto to eldos, this has caused her so much frustration and I’ll health, she has symptoms of dementia due to this issue, can you assist by tracing if these people are legit and why is Alexander fobes delaying payment
