My application for disability was submitted on the 28 August 2017 and to date I have not received any feedback and now I have gotten told that even if it is approved I will not be receiving my benefit for the month of October.

I have worked for Tracker Network for 12 years, and had gotten I'll and was booked off from work from the 14th April 2017. Since then up to and including the 11th September Tracker had paid me my agreed salary every month. On the 16th August 2017 I had received a reminder email from Tracker to state that I needed to submit my doctor's reports by COB on the 25th August which I had done. The reports were then submitted to Alexander Forbes on Monday the 28gh August for approval. Alexander Forbes had been made aware of my condition months before when my sick leave had been approved. Today on the 19th of September 3 weeks after all my doctor's reports and documentation had been submitted I am to?d that there is still no approval from Alexander Forbes assessors and that even if it is approved I will not be paid for the month of October. This is unacceptable as I am suffering with anxiety, Bipolar, depression, stress and suicidal tendencies and need my money to feed my family, buy my medication, pay my rent, pay my utilities and if I do not receive my benefit how am I going to support my family. Please I am begging you to please come back to me with feedback on my complaint. For a person in my condition this only makes my illness worse.
