Why is it yearly problem wgen am claiming for my 2pot? This happened last year telling there is a problem with SARS only they submitted incorrect tax number. This is not my problem, i want this resolved

After holding the line for more than an hour with SARS to get the NOTICE OF REGISTRATION to confirm my tax number, at 17h10 am receiving an SMS from AF to say my application is declined.
I sent an email again this morning, but no one is willing to contact me.
I went through this in 2024, it is again happening in 2025. Meaning it will be a yearly thing when i must claim?
