Mtn Retirement Fund and Alexander Forbes

Terrible service that i have received so far between MTN Retirement Fund admistered by Alexander Forbes. I have been waiting for full 2 years for them pay out what's due to me. I have done everything that they requested me to do but still i am still waiting for MTN Forensic to verify the closure of my alleged ***** case. To make the matter even worse I'm unemployed and owe Sars R28091 taxed by Alexander Forbes but never loaded my IRP5 on SARS system or even send me copies of my IRP5. My constituanal rights are shuttered by MTNSA and Alexander Forbes. How long do i still need to suffer from emotional and financial distress? My children have dropped out from school because i could no longer afford school fees. I have all the conversations between myself and above mentioned Companies but still no joy. Hi Buhle Can i please ask for the feedback on the below, documents were initially sent on the 15/08/2020 already today is exactly 7 working days and nothing has been done yet. I have waited for full 2 years for the matter to be resolved, after doing everything that MTNSA requested me to do still no joy. Please can you follow up and advise accordingly. Until the case is finalised, we are unable to provide an updated instruction to Alexander Forbes. SAPS have informed our Forensic team that you did not present yourself for questioning. For speedy resolution, I would advise that you make contact with SAPS so that they conclude the investigation against you.

Please see the emails below regarding my case with MTN /Alexander Forbes. I have been told that since i have resigned while there is a case opened against me Alexander Forbes /Admistrators won't be able to pay me unless go ahead is given by MTN. I would also like to put it to your attention that ever since i left MTN on the 01/03/2018,i was never contacted by either party which was involved in my case/investigation.When i contacted MTN HR in Johannesburg i spoke to Rosetta Nyathi who signed off my widrawal forms however she informed me that she was only told after my widrawal forms were signed that I'm under investigation. I have logged a complaint with PFA which was also thrown away due to the apparent evidence supp**** to them. I was later emailed by my legal representative that the case will be closed and there was nothing for them to enforce therefore i should wait for SAPS Somerset West with case number 41/03/18,which i never had from. In the meantime i was leftbhanging, emotionally distressed, physiologically disturbed not knowing where to go or who will be able to assist me.My only wish is to finalise the whole situation and hopefully you will be able to advise me going forward. I have attached all the necessary documentation should you require them.

I'm not sure if I follow you when you say you don't have documents however on the 29th May 2018 I have received this SMS from AForbes. On Friday you asked for my bank statement and told me that money should reflect on Monday since you guys are paying from STD bank. If you don't have documents can you ask your Team Leader to send them as she is the one that stated the ***** case hence I'm requesting the signed forms that you guys received from MTN HR.
