The level of incompetence and lack of accountability from this service provider is heartbreaking, after receiving an sms to have my funds processed in six weeks, I have never heard from themðŸ˜and I'm on the 8th week now. I'm frustrated so much because all my future investments were supposed to be covered by this money. Now what must we do? Who holds them accountable?
