Most useless, pathetic customer service ever !!

In addition to their exorbitant admin. fees and service charges on my RA policy, I am still waiting, 6 weeks later, for finalisation on this monumentally *********** farce of a company !<br> All I wanted was for them to transfer my Retirement Benefit to another (way better) company. I filled in and scanned all the forms back. No communication for a month from them to say they had a problem with doing as I requested. Side-stepping the useless call-centre, I got hold of a manager who promised to get back to me re my questions about my statement, which she has not. By Alexander Forbes not doing as I requested I have lost money (on price fluctuation), and where is the interest earned by the cash while it was sitting in a bank account waiting for 6 weeks for someone to do their job properly ? I know it was in an interest bearing account
