Most pathetic service
Submitted my 2 pot claim on the 3rd Sept and to date it is still on "verifying claim" i have called and was advised to send supporting docs which was not required when I submitted my claim. Even after sending the requested, my status has still not moved. Calling doesn't help as the consultants does not listen to my concerns as people who have app**** last week has been paid out already and here I am being told to wait for 20 working days. I want a valid reason why my claim is NOT being processed at all. I am an extremely unhappy client and I wish I can take my policies away from your company
