Most Disgusting & Pathetic Financial Services Ever

A Forbes moved my 2012's pension fund to unclaimed, without declaring the Total Lump Sum Amount on the directive number linked to my tax number. This has inconvinenced and prevented me to successfully submit and complete my tax returns, unless Alexander Forbes fixes this error and declare the lump sum amount to SARS. The penalties from SARS are piling up against my name. I have received nothing but a pathetic and most unprofessional service from AF's customer care, ever since I tried to contact them.. And you'll wait for at least 45min to over an hour on the line trying to get through. Their admin and taxcnc email is absolutely unattended the only response I got was from the automated reply of their mailbox. Alexander Forbes is a total inconvenience to pension and provident fund holders and should be stopped Or shut down
