More than 3 years still no death benefit payout
It's more than 3 years now, my mother have not received my late father's death benefit pay out.. We have done a bunch of follow ups to Alexander Forbes and Ma***o Security Patrols from time to time and yet the matter is still unresolved. It is not my first review with Hello Peter but it seems like it does not help.
