Monthly Pension salary Not paid

<p>I recieve my Monthly Pension every month on the 29th, this month December2016 I have not been paid as yet and it is now the 31st Dec. I contacted Anthea durban office on the 29th December and was advised my pension is with Liberty and Alexander Forbes administer it. so i called Liberty only to find out they had already paid my penson to Alexander forbes on the 16th December. i called Anthea back and she then said she will get back to me. She then advised me the pension will be in my account on the same day 29th at 12 noon i waited and this did not happen i called back and she said maybe it would clear that evening at 12pm. so i said okay. on the 30th there still was no money. I called Anthea and she advise i call Ashad Moosa JHB office so i did he then says he will call back and waited until 10am i called back and he says oh the pension was paid to std bank but i will only get it on the 3rd Jan then after advising him again saying i live to a budget monthly to the last cent which i have debt orders which includes my rent. he said he understands and will see what he can do and get back to me he did not get back to me but i phoned only to get voice mail so i phoned Anthea again who advised he left at 12 so she said she would see what she can do. she then gets an Eric to call me and he said my money would be in this morning 31st. Well it is not and now all my debit orders 7 of them have come off and the bank had returned them unpaid charging me R145. for each dishonered debit order totaling to R1015. now i am going to be short R1015 as i am in overdraft and i have not paid the 7 debt orders which is my car, rent, funeral policy, car insurance, life insurance, my 2 cell phone contracts and need i say i will be discontected until the account is paid so due to you i am inconvinienced and i wont have enought to pay my Debti orders. I am disgusted at the service i have received - i get paid monthly every month and work to the last cent and now i am *****ed as i dont have my money and am short before i even get my money. My salary date says the 30th and such a big company can not get there act together and do not give a dam. I expect a repjy to this and i would like to know who will be refunding me the overdraft amount due to you not paying me on the date i should be. </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
