Momentum/Alexander Forbes TERRIBLE SERVICE

I am currently experiencing the worst service from Momentum/Alexander Forbes. I've been phoning them for the past 2 days, requesting a confirmation email from them that indicates that my car is insured with them. Wesbank needs that information. I've been sent from pillar to post, with no success. I have probably spoken to 14 consultants/agents, with no positive results. They are the WORST COMPANY ever. If you can avoid taking insurance with them, DO NOT at any cost, you'll REGRET it. I'm still waiting for the email to be sent by Gugu and also waiting for her to call me back. Imagine if I had put in a claim and something had happened to my car. PATHETIC TERRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!
