Mistake
After almost 3 years of receiving my provident fund payout payment, I receive a message from SARS that says Alexander Forbes has paid out 2 lumpsum amounts of which I only received one and because the second one which I did not receive has not been taxed I had to pay TAX of R6k.
Can I get someone to contact me urgently so I can have a reimbur*****t of these funds paid over to SARS because of your mistake?

Clearly, you guys do not follow through. I missed your calls twice after each other because I was in a meeting and since I have not had any callbacks, emails, or texts. Businesses are omnichannel nowadays and if you would like to assist me, you would make an effort to call back or communicate another way.
I would advise that if you cannot get hold of me email me a preferable time for you to call.

Please resend this so-called communication to me, how can it be resolved if you did not even provide a solution on how you are going to pay me back for the money I paid over to SARS because you all claimed I got paid out twice?
I will keep on creating reviews until I get feedback via telephone because my query cannot simply be resolved by you emailing me if you did absolutely nothing to even obtain my information for an investigation.
