Missing Retirement Funds

After leaving my previous employer, I left my retirement savings with AF for around 2 years. I then requested them to be transferred to the company managing my current employer's funds. This has not yet been resolved and it has been more than 12 months now.

My fund balance displays a R0 balance however what was in the account has not been transferred over to the new fund of my employer. I am concerned that the funds (wherever they are) are not gaining any returns.
