Missing pension payments. Disgusting customer care

Unprofessional and ********* conduct. Alexander Forbes has been deducting my mothers medical aid share from her pension and only paid her.R0.90c this month. To make things worse we found out that they never paid her medical aid When we call to find out what is going on we are being transferred from one department to another. We struggled for 5 hours and still no solution. My mother has been suspended from her medical due to absolute disgusting misconduct by Alexander Forbes. Wonder what the staff at Alexander Forbes would say if their eldery mother or father will be treates like that? We want awnsers ons what happend to her money and want her Medical aid re instated. We demand for someone to help us and to do their jobs that they are being paid for.
