Missing Pension fund

I have been unable to get any info regarding my pension fund from Alexander Forbes. Getting hold of them is very difficult as the lines are very busy and they do not contact their clients, but rather send you a sms to contact them when they have an update. The number they supply on the sms seems incorrect and when you do contact them back they do not know anything about the query that they sms'ed you about.<br> <br> When I finally did get hold of someone, they were unable to provide me with any info other than to say that the group pension was in the process of being moved to AON. They however can't say when the process was initiated, when it will be complete or provide any reference. When I contacted AON they said that they do not have the company who's group fund this is as a client. I find the lack of feedback and info from Alexander Forbes shocking. Should I just accept that my pension fund of 14 years is missing? How is it that I can see the info on their online portal, but not a single person that I have been in contact with at Alexander Forbes has been able to assist or provide info?
