Misleading Information

So I submitted a withdrawal request to Alexander Forbes early in July and I got a confirmation SMS two weeks later. Two and a half weeks ago they got the tax directive from SARS and I was told that the payment would be made within 14 days. It has been more than that now and the consultants still continue with the 14 days story even though that has passed, there is also no regular feedback from you guys and I don't understand why your consultants aren't willing to tell me how much will be paid out to me, I mean it's my money.

Also, it takes at least 10 minutes before you can speak to a "consultant" who will not be helpful at all, this is unacceptable especially for a company that looks after people's investments.
