Mine 1970: Unclaimed benefits nightmare with Alexander Forbes

Me and my siblings were traced by Alexander forbes to submit a claim in relation to unclaimed pension benefits, this is Mines 1970. We were requested to complete forms and proof of identity but further. That information including all affidavits needed were submitted. we actively followed up on the progress, mind you if we do not follow up they do not provide feedback. their emails are responded to after weeks or no response at all. when you call the individuals that answer cannot give you any answers if they do it is stale information. the last response i got from them said the trustees are reviewing when i call today after months of that feedback they say they need further documents. The process is tedious and onerous to the claimant you would swear they not willing to pay. I cannot omit the fact that even after submitting all documentation we cannot be told how much we claiming for. The Alexander Forbes process is not TCF friendly and the regulators should be made aware that insurers like Alexander Forbes are making it difficult to claim these benefits.
