****MERS OR ALEX FORBES DEALING WITH MY PENSION?

I have been trying for several years to withdraw my pension fund from AF. I have been dealing with the same "consultant" throughout. The email responses I receive do not match what I have asked. The pension relates to a company I left 20 years ago.I no longer hold the records of that employment but AF have a file and gave me their reference number, which i quote on all emails. When I complain that AF is not responding appropriately I receive a call from a COLLECTIONS company who phone me and send me the same AF claim forms I filled in years ago. The AF address I use appears to be an AF address But I do wonder if I m dealing with ****mers, as the responses I receive simply don't make sense? It is impossible to contact a live human at AF. So AF can you please look at this before I have to litigate?
