Please do not trust these people. I’m pretty sure they’re ****mers. I resigned at the end of October and submitted all the needed documents for my provident fund payment- and have still received nothing. I tried contacting them to no avail, so I then had to contact my old employers who managed to contact them. Initially I was told I’d get the money in 8 weeks, then they said it’d be paid on the 16th of this month. Look at the date that I’m typing this. To make matters worse and more suspicious, i was able to view how much money I’d be getting, until I spoke to my ex employers who spoke to them. Now when I try to check my statements, it’s as if it was never there. And now all they’re gonna say is( and verbatim too): At Alexander Forbes, our clients are important to us and I am sorry to learn that you’re dissatisfied with our service. Thank you for taking the time to bring this to our attention. We hereby acknowledge receipt of your complaint and apologies for the inconvenience caused. We will investigate your query and provide feedback with the contact details provided. Kind Regards Customer Insights and Escalations. It’s pathetic and disingenuous. I feel so cheated
