Memver withdrawal claim withheld due to ex spouse's unpaid claim

<p>I find it ridiculous that my portion cannot be paid out due to my ex spouse (divorce dd 21 July 2016) not submitting his portion of the documents for his claim. They have the finalised amounts ready and sirted, but according to them the NON MEMBER gets preferential treatment. So now I have to pay and get attorneys involved so I can get my money?? please explain how his claim now has anything to do with me? It is NOT my problem if he fails to submit his info!</p>
