May I please have my TAX Certificate sent to me via email

<p>I am a former employee of Alexander Forbes. I have been nicely asking themto please email me a copy of Tax Certificate but struggling to get help because I must apparently have to go to their offices to collect it.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have explained to the Lady at PAYROLL Florence Phaswane the reasons that prevent me from going to the offices but It seems Im grasping at straws in wanting her to assit. </p> <p> </p> <p>Firtsly, my working hours at my new job clash with their office hous which is the biggest reason why I cannot go to their offices.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have sent them an email from my valid work email address with a copy of my ID document confirming them that I give them the authority to email that cerficate of which they have prevoiusly sent before.</p> <p> </p> <p>Why should this be such a mission?? Can somebody who can assit me please send me my TAX certificate urgently. I feel this is a reasonale request that doenst need rocket science. </p> <p> </p> <p>Thanks. </p> <p> </p>
