Malkbak pension failure to pay.

Hi<br> <br> I'm trying to find out, on behalf of my father, the status of his Malbak pension fund. One third is to be given to him in cash and the remainder to be invested into a RA. When I first phoned, I was informed that there was a problem with his tax directive. When I phoned SARS, they informed me that it was because of incorrect or missing information supp**** by Alexander Forbes. I relayed all this information to Alexander Forbes on 13 October and was given a reference number. Today I phoned to be told there is no record of my conversation. Please sort this out as it has been dragging on for at least 6 weeks. Correct the directive so you can release his funds to him and allow him to set up his RA. ( message from 20 October sent to your help desk.)<br> <br> I've since made phone calls and was told that my query had been escalated to a complaint. I have still had no feedback and neither has my father. He began this procedure at the beginning of September. He his 80 years old! Please advise how we are to resolve this.<br> <br>
