LUMP SUM DECLARED BUT DIRECTIVE OUTSTANDING

Hi

I have sent an email to you however I have not received any feedback.

I have submitted my tax returns however I received an error message saying : LUMP SUM DECLARED BUT DIRECTIVE OUTSTANDING

I was advised that you need to issue out a directive to Sars in order for this to be amended – May I also get a a copy of the certificate.

Could you please do so asap
