LOVE THE COMMUNICATION FROM SUCH A LARGE BUSINESS - SARCASM IS FANTASTIC!

I have been in back and forth emails and phone calls with Alexander Forbes, SARS and my employer due to the fact that the incorrect tax number was used to apply for my directive. Since the first directive on the 7th of September I have received no correspondence regarding the directive that was declined. After I followed up on the 26th of September with 3 different consultants I was told my directive declined however I need to contact SARS which I did do 3 times, I confirmed the correct tax number to be used to consultant named Anna reference number cas- ********** -c5j6g0. Again the directive was resubmitted to SARS on the 26th using the incorrect details again after confirmation from our payroll administrators and myself and Alexander Forbes confirming the same via email.

Alexander Forbes has flat out ignored my requests with regards to an explanation as to why the incorrect tax number was used as the forms completed reflected the correct tax number and corresponding ID number. If this is due to a lack of attention to detail by Alexander Forbes I see no reason why my payment should be processed no other way than immediately. Follow up emails have again been sent on the 28th and 28th of September with no response
