Long turn around time for payout and bad communica

I have only heard good things when it came to quick turn around times regarding pension pay outs. But this is beyond ridiculous. Its the excuse after the other and has been almost 3 months that I am waiting for my money. Every week that I phone is the same \its in the payment process mam""; one will think after one client phones in every week and sends mails to who ever was in contact with my ex employer that they will try and keep a client happy by sending them an update report every day. I have to do all the follow ups and then its not even my fault with what ever went wrong. I lost the opportunity to buy a decent car; the one that I was looking for; for the last 3 months because of this late pay out. A big company like this and you actually get **** service. Really disappointed in this firm who will never see my business again.
