Little to no Feedback from AF, 4 months and counting.

I resigned from my company in June 2019, I had submitted my withdrawal forms to Alexander Forbes in May. I have still not received my pay out and the feedback I get from them is inconsistent. They (****ha Bechai & Ebrahim Asvat)also haven't been able to give me an actual answer. Their excuse is that there is an issue with the recon between the company I work for and them. That is unacceptable, my monthly fees are deducted off my salary every month and I submitted my forms correctly. I am immigrating in October and budgeted this money, this delay has put a hold on our immigration plans and is costing me a lot more then I planned. I haven't been able to book flights in advance like planned so the cost of flights has gone up. I haven't been able to give notice on my rental because I'm not sure when this will be resolved.
