Lies! Blaming SARS for their own incompetency!!!

10 weeks now and still no payment. Alexander Forbes are claiming the issue is with SARS however when I call SARS, it is the first they hear of it. So the lies add to the pile of shocking service and I can guarantee not one person will address this issue and actually do something.

Not good enough. Your response is as cookie-cutter as the other complaints laid against Alexander Forbes! I am told one story but judging from the other people who have the exact same complaints - the "reason" is nonsense! Other institutions such as yourself are 100 times more efficient! SARS BENEFIT from working as quickly a possible with claims as THEY get money! SOMETHING needs to be done TODAY - this is a simple JOB - NOT a marriage proposal!
