Lie after lie

I am still being fed stories everytime i phone about my provident fund payout. Last week on Thursday they told me they have fast tracked it because it's a longstanding issue and the money will be paid into my account between Monday the 12th October and Wednesday 14th October. There is no money in my account. I wonder when they will run out of storied and just come out with the truth that they will not pay me my money.
