Late pension claim, 9 months later and no feedback no updates last automated email said we will contact you asap I must say it's very pathetic one would think they have interest in the bereaved or supposed to be sympathetic. But shows it's just yet again about the monies they can make and save and gain interest on.i hope people choosing such policies know before hand what the bad service their loved ones will receive
