Late Estate

I am the Executor of my late husband estate. He had a mistress in Cape Town that took all his assets plus his money out of the bank plus his unenployment money. Now Alexandra Forbes sent me all the forms and instructing me to open up an Estate Late account as there is Excess funds to be paid out. Bearing in mind that there is an amount of R11500.00 debt at SARS. plus loans at Absa Bank.I am being held liable for those debts as we were still married.<br> I was struggling from July to get a bank account open with the results I travelled to Cape Town to get help. I manage to open an account at FNB.The flight to Cape Town was my own expense plus all the petrol I used and fone calls and e mail came out of my own pocket because I was instructed by Karobo to do so .Now I am told that the excess funds goes to the daughter from his mistress. Will I be able to be reimbursed for all this expense and troubles after all I am a pensioner and cannot afford this debt.I have all the revelant paperwork if it is required.
