Lack of Urgency

Ridiculous. I ceased to be a member of thr provident fund of my previous employer during August 2023. Upon leaving, I filled I my withdrawal claim forms and everything. These were submitted to Alex Forbes. Received an sms that my documents were received. Then, the nightmare commenced where it's 3 months later and I still have not received my payout and everytime I call, I am told that it takes 48 hours for the administrators to provide feedback. It's been 3 months!!!! At this point, I'm going to the pension funds adjudicator because the administrator won't even apply for a tax directive so that can get my funds yet everything is in order as confirmed by the representatives I have spoken to. Alex Forbes does not have the best interests of its clients at heart, Im escalating to a higher level because yet another month will end without this being resolved.
