Lack of Service from Alexander Forbes

After continuous follow-ups and being told they will get back to me or it will 4-6 weeks for payout. Just to be told now the paper work is not correct after nearly 5 weeks and I have already submitted the paperwork requested, TWICE. The funds have not even been disinvested after the last contribution was received nearly 2 weeks ago. Sandisa Mbiko never got back to me after replying to her email and all the agents say they will follow up, and also dont get back to me. Im very disappointed in the client service from Alexander Forbes. Nobody can give me a proper straight answer or even a proper email.
