lack of service and action from clueless, ***********, scripted, unprofessional people you can ever engage in this lifetime
Incompetence and unprofessionalism from the contact centre to the back office. Deal with these guys at your own peril. You speak to one person they tell you a different story and for you to speak to them, you wait for 40 minutes. They take us for granted. That contact centre is worse than that of home affairs.
