Lack of response and Call centre remains inundated with calls.
I am very disapointed at the lack of responses from Alexander Forbes, for such a huge organisation their service lacks big time. Countless emails have been sent for an error they made in an ITRC submission to SARS which has negatively impacted the client. The client is trying to correct their SARS affairs and is finding no joy in obtaining the required IRP5.
Can someone assist as a matter of urgency.

Mpho Mohlabi and Primrose Govender, especially Primrose, even though she advised assiting me falls outside of her mandate, she still took onus of the query and I really and truly commend her.
Mpho advised he/she (Apologies I am not sure male/female) did not have the information at hand and would endevour to assist me, he/she advised they would obtain the information. Gave me a clear timeline, explained the resons for the referral but the most impressive part is that he/she actually came back within the advised timeline and provided me with the documentation.
I am really and truly impressed.
