Lack of knowledge, refusing to take responsibility

I joined Discovery Vitality specifically for the new joiner benefits, which have since been denied to me (despite Alexander Forbes consultant telling me I qualify). I am absolutely appalled at Alexander Forbes' refusal to take responsibility for what their consultants advise. <div><br></div><div><em>(Supplier name changed from Alexander Forbes Insurance to Alexander Forbes Financial Services by Hellopeter.com)</em></div>
