LACK OF COMMUNICATION AND NO PENSION FUND PAY OUT!!!!!!!!
Good Day
According to Google (I seached Alexander Forbes), its states that there are 3912 employees.
Why then cant a single person contact me with regards to my pension fund, that needs to be paid out? for the last 2 weeks. You are either experiencing very high call volumes or do not respond to emails, or do not respond to online queries.
This is terrible and I believe no excuse could justify your companies lack of communication.
All i want is to find out about my pension fund and when it will be paid out!!!!!
I would like for somebody to call me in EARNEST, by or before 11:30 on Friday 13th,.
