You have a true gem in Kusha Naidoo!!!

After 4 long months of trying to get through to Alexander Forbes and being shoved from one consultant to another all of whom promised to call back and escalate the matter - I was understandably furious regarding such pathetic service!

In my anger I contacted the complaints line and got through to Kusha Naidoo.

Kusha took down all my details and information regarding what the issue was and promised to get back to me. I truly believed that he would behave as his co workers had and never get back to me but to my delight he sent me an email within 5 minutes of of conversation stating that he would be helping me personally and would keep me in the loop of what was going on.

Within 7 days he had identified the issue, explained it to me, explained how to fix it and assisted me to do so and then followed up with the payments department to ensure that the claim was processed and then followed up to confirm payment was done.

I haven't experienced such wonderful customer service in a long time and would like to compliment and thank Kusha for an excellent job done!
