Be sure not to use Alexander Forbes for any retirement fund policies etc, these people are quick to take your money every month end, but very **** when it comes to payouts of beneficiaries after the loss of a loved one. Always another story or something else they need just to stall in paying out beneficiaries. If you are willing to have beneficiaries wait up to a year to get benefits payouts, use these people, otherwise I suggest moving to someone else while you still can.
