This is the worst financial company ever. I resigned from my previous company and my withdrawal claim was submitted to Af, to my surprise I got an SMS saying my money has been rejected by a bank validation on the 20/06/19. The following week on a Tuesday I sent all the documents they wanted and I was told my claim would be paid early next week (second week of July) and guess what.. On the 05/07/19...I get another F'n sms saying my payment rejected. Mind you if I don't get this money I might lose my job. Can these ****ers just pay my ****en money. Can you sort out your issues and give me what's mine,,, you can't tell me **** such as "we are not sure if we are paying the right person " I didn't submit the claim it was submitted by my company, I gave you my ID copy, marriage cert, bank letter and a ****ens bank change which according you you I had to submit. What more do you want.
