Just want Alexander Forbes to comply with the divorce order!!

My claim is standing still now for a while.The Divorce Department infomed me that they are waiting for the 3rd Party to allocate November's Contribution to proceed with my claim. Firts they said it will be by the 7th December, then they said 15th now they said that the employer has a back log and will only be done by end December first week of January. I spoke to the Employer this morning and I was informed that all contributions were made on the 1st of Desember already. There is no back log on they're side the probleme must be with Alexander Forbes. I need thisbto be sorted. My settlement is made an court order and it is stated this must be settled within 40 days of Divorce. We are on day 38 and still nothing is happening. Can you please sort your office and make sure things get done now.
