Just not a care in the world
I submitted a a withdrawal claim on behalf of a client on the 11the of Dec 2023, followed up on the 13rhe of Dec2023 AF response: Feedback will be issued within 2 working days. I emailed again 20 Dec 2023: AF response: Feedback will be issued within 2 working days. Emailed again 28 Dec 2023: AF response: Feedback will be issued within 2 working days. Phoned AF 2 Jan 2024: Telephonic response from Karabo you will have to wait 48 hours.
Phoned again after being cut of.... I cant speak to the team leader as she is on lunch this is now 14H20. If I phone tomorrow at 0h800 I pray that AF is not having breakfast first before they can serve their clients?
