Its like they dont exist

Its been over a month and Alexander Forbes seem unbothered to reply to my emails and phone calls its like we bothering them,i claimed on the 6th October and received confirmation they said i should wait 4 -6 weeks after that i bet theyll come back and tell me something is wrong its been 6 weeks now.
