It really is like trying to find a needle in a haystack!!!

I was retrenched in late 2016 from my first and only permanent job which i started during the midst of my divorce in early 2012. I never tried to claim my provident contribution as I knew I would probably spend it and indeed, even forgot of it. However, since I have been unemployed (totally and fully) for some time now, I decided to try so I can pay off some of my remaining debt. Their responses are limited, infrequent and in many cases, non-existent. They are rude and light on details. I did receive an SMS from them a few weeks ago. Something about my bank account refusing the payment due to some validation process. Since then I have made multiple additional attempts to communicate with them and have supp**** and re-supp**** the requested documentation, to no avail.
