It my investment but the treatment i get as if I am borrowing from a loan shark

<p>1.On the 09/05/17 I was told that they were doing tax application just like lust week</p> <p>2. When I call legal advisor told me that I never takes that long</p> <p>3.Last week was told everything was in order</p> <p>4.when I ask for writen records no one is willing to give me , it is my money and I cant be wasting more to get it back</p> <p>5.I need finacial records of when my investment was cancelled and where was the money since it was canceled and who is making interest out of it</p>
