Is Alexander fobes mismanaging beneficiaries fund?

It seems that Alexander Forbes is mismanaging my child's funds. In 2021 they didn't pay my child's school fees. Everytime needing more documents and more proof. It carried on into 2022, never paying 2021. This year they started again refusing to pay for 2022 after i submitted all documents. Then i decided to make arrangements and pay the arrears and this year's school fees as my child needs her books.

Then i submitted her stationary list and winter clothing list and they are starting again with stories. Wanting only to pay a portion of the stationary, and i have to re-apply for clothing. By the time i get her clothing approved the prices would have changed, and winter will be over. I want a detailed financial report of how they are manging the trust fund, because it seems they have no money. I havent had an increase of montly payout in 3 years aswell.
