Irregular, ***********, Poor customer service

Alexander Forbes deducted money even after the cancellation and withdrawal forms were served. when I follow-up I am told that the administrators did receive instructions to cancel the debit order but they are still deducting.

I am not sure if this is eve allowed according to law, how can one cancel a contract and you acknowledge the cancellation but still continue to deduct???????
