IRP 5 Error - Fund Transfer

IRP 5 issued by Alexander Forbes to SARS was incorrect and fund administrator has not rectified the issue after numerous communications.

This has impacted the submission of my tax return which will result in penalties and fines which I will have to incur unnecessary.

Address immediately.
